Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
- Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping times depend on the fulfillment location and customer’s address. Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Shipping costs vary based on the product type, shipping destination, and chosen shipping method. The final cost is calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Printify's partnered carriers, which may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and local postal services.
Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Some international orders may have limited tracking updates.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us.
- If your order arrives damaged, please send us a clear photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Returns & Refunds
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. However, we will replace defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are determined by local customs offices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
