At Cats2Life.com, we take great pride in creating unique, custom-printed products for our customers. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Final Sale Policy
Per our shop policies, all purchases are final sale. Since each item is custom-printed upon receiving your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Ordering the wrong size, color, or design, change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Returns for Misprints or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that has a misprint, defect, or damage caused during production, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To qualify for a return or replacement due to a defect:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide clear photos of the defect or misprint.
3. Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, e will issue a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved , we will issue a replacement or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
